There is only one provided off-street parking spot, along the fence on the east side of the front yard. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers on the street in front of the building. There is an exterior security camera with views of the building entrances and parking area.

West Boulevard Historic District was a result of the booming economy Rapid City was gaining from the mining community. This area is largely made up of large, beautifully restored homes and is a very desired location in Rapid City. The beautiful tree lined streets are perfect for a leisurely stroll.
