Our stay at Joe's Place was awesome. This is our second time staying in this house (different unit) it did not disappoint. Directions and access were super easy. Joe's Place was great and there's a very good chance we will book with Joe in the future!

My family and I loved Joe’s place! It was the perfect size for our family of 7, very close to downtown, playgrounds and all the sightseeing we had planned. Joe was so kind and responsive. We’d love to come back again!

Place was exactly as described and perfect for our little get away. It had everything we needed and more. Happened to be blizzard and was a little cold but nice heater in front area.

Joe is a great host, he was very helpful when I needed to make some different arrangements. Cozy rental in a good location. Walkable to great restaurants and local breweries to unwind after a long day. I would recommend this property to others and stay again

We enjoyed staying in Joe's place very much. It suited out needs well and was quiet but with shopping and other activities easily accessible nearby. We were in the area primarily to visit Mt. Rushmore, and Joe's place was a perfect base for that. We would love to stay again if we returned to the area.

Super clean, beautifully decorated! Older established neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view of Rapid City. Great value. Would stay here again!

We loved his home. It was exactly how it was pictured and it felt warm and inviting the entire time we were in SD. He keeps it very clean and has all of his amenities that he listed. The location was wonderful for us as well. If it hadn’t been for the snow we would have been able to walk everywhere.

Host was great and the place was very nice. The property also had two state-of-the-art washers and dryers in the laundry room with supplies included, which was a great touch. I only stayed one day, but it’s clearly set up well for longer stays. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable long-term stay.

Joe… Thank you for the last-minute, nothing less than perfect, peaceful, clean, and “exactly what we needed accommodations.” I did not have a lot of interactions with Joe, but we needed a place fast and for a very short time until our apartment lease started. Joe, without a doubt, would have been responsive to anything we needed… But when we got there, there was absolutely nothing that we needed to ask for or get help with. Thank you, Joe, for the reasonably priced and extremely homey accommodations. You were a lifesaver! To future guests… this is an old home, and with that comes creeks and noises from other tenants… If that’s not what you want, don’t go here… But you’ll be missing out if you don’t soak in the nostalgia of a home such as this. We just chuckled and went on with our night… There’s nothing an old house doesn’t reveal… You won’t be sorry if this is the type of place you love.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cute, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, everything was very close to downtown, which made getting around so easy. Our host was fantastic, very responsive, and went above and beyond when we realized we left a pair of glasses behind. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
