West Boulevard Historic District was a result of the booming economy Rapid City was gaining from the mining community. This area is largely made up of large, beautifully restored homes and is a very desired location in Rapid City. The beautiful tree lined streets are perfect for a leisurely stroll.

I stayed here for a week and loved it! The home is cozy, well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. It’s an easy walk to downtown, and the setup made working from home really convenient. I especially appreciated the temperature controls in each room and the smart TV signing out automatically at checkout — such considerate touches. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the stay even better. Would happily stay again!

Joe was such a wonderful host—everything from booking to check-out was smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials we needed to feel right at home. It was just a short walk to downtown restaurants and parks. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rapid City.
