There is only one provided off-street parking spot at the rear of the building. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers on the street in front of the building. There is an exterior security camera with views of the building entrances and parking area.

Neighborhood

West Boulevard Historic District was a result of the booming economy Rapid City was gaining from the mining community. This area is largely made up of large, beautifully restored homes and is a very desired location in Rapid City. The beautiful tree lined streets are perfect for a leisurely stroll.

This was a cozy and comfortable space. We felt right at home. It was a very smooth checkin and checkout. The host left lots of brochures out for us and we took advantage of how close it was to walk downtown or to the park. Even though we were very close to downtown, it was a quiet , peaceful neighborhood. I can’t say enough of how Joe helped us out of a pinch when our plans changed. A great host! We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time on my visit to Rapid City, staying at Joe’s place! The apartment is very clean/cozy. I had access to laundry machines which was super convenient for a week stay. As well as the location of the apartment is close to a few breakfast places, and local gift shops! Definitely was a charming little spot to stay! Joe also is super responsive and is a wonderful host! Gave me some amazing hiking recommendations as well as was proactive with promptly answering questions about the AirBnb! Will be staying here again if i visit Rapid next year! 🫶🏼
