There is only one provided off-street parking spot at the rear of the building. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers on the street in front of the building. There is an exterior security camera with views of the building entrances and parking area.

West Boulevard Historic District was a result of the booming economy Rapid City was gaining from the mining community. This area is largely made up of large, beautifully restored homes and is a very desired location in Rapid City. The beautiful tree lined streets are perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Joe’s Airbnb was truly clean, felt like home and easy to find with every amenity. Seriously consider this as your next stay if ever visiting Rapid City SD you will not be disappointed.

Joe’s place is located in an older area of Rapid City near downtown, close enough to walk to dining and shopping in nice weather. We liked the historic charm and relative quiet of the neighborhood. Even though this is one of multiple apartments in the same house we were not bothered by noise from the other apartments. The house was very peaceful, smartly furnished, clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for me and my wife. Joe was a great host whose communications were always very prompt and helpful. Would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity in the future.
